Kambere to Edmonton

Just came across this tidbit from the most recent ISM NASL news roundup:

Also in the Eddies’ Casa Grande, Arizona training camp is 5’9″ defender Diaz Kambere. The 26-year-old was born in Uganda but moved to British Columbia as a youngster and played for the Vancouver Whitecaps between 2006-2008, appearing in 28 matches. Kambere played PDL ball in 2010 with the Victoria Highlanders.

T-Shirt Giveaway

Season tickets sales are approaching 400. Four-hundred! and to celebrate the club is having a little contest on their Facebook page. They are giving away a free-t-shirt to whoever can guess the date on which the 400th ticket will be sold.
