Voucher Exchange Instructions
This process must be completed on the PFC Account manager website, not the app.
1. Go to the PFC Account manager website
2. Sign in with your PFC account
3. Click on 2019 PFC Member Vouchers
4. Click on the ... button in the top right corner and click 'exchange'
5. Click the check-boxes next to the tickets and then click 'exchange'
6. Click 'continue to exchange'
7. Select Pacific FC vs. Valour FC - Saturday, October 19th and click 'continue'
8. Choose any two seats in the supporters section (it's GA) and click 'checkout'
9. Choose mobile entry and click 'checkout'
Ticket Donation
In order to transfer the tickets to the recipient, we must first collect them together on one account.
1. From the PFC account manager dashboard, click on 'Pacific FC vs. Valour FC'. You should now see the two tickets that you exchanged in the first process, alongside your regular ones
2. Click on 'Transfer'
3. Select the tickets to be transferred and click 'transfer'
4. Enter the following details:

Email: blakemcstravick@gmail.com
5. Click transfer
